We have been working on the development of Mayfly in various stages since 2013. This has been funded and supported through REACT, the creative economy hub for the South West & Wales. Funded by the AHRC, REACT has invested in collaboration, cultural experimentation and creative businesses, supporting people like us to make new kinds of digital products and experience. Now with a portfolio of 53 projects, The Rooms Festival is a chance to celebrate all of this brilliant work and look to the future.

Mayfly is one of 8 of the 53 projects selected to receive support through the REACT Alumni scheme, which has been running through much of this year. As well as developing the project, we have now set up Mayfly Sound Ltd as a new company in collaboration with our academic turned business partner, Professor Tim Cole. This new company will run alongside Stand + Stare.

The Mayfly Room at the festival is called the Cwtch and will be in the old magistrates courts. Look forward to seeing you there!
